Terms of Service
These Terms form the digital agreement between you and Vorquenxphap.world when you read marketing pages, submit forms, or engage with Nexvia branded materials online. They complement—but do not replace—mandatory consumer protections rooted in the Dutch Civil Code and EU directives on unfair terms.

Acceptance mechanics
By loading pages, clicking consent buttons, or transmitting a contact form, you confirm you read at least the summary boxes highlighting supplement status, refund pointers, and privacy links. If you disagree with any clause, discontinue use immediately.
Corporate buyers representing another legal entity warrant they hold authority to bind that entity to inventory commitments and payment timelines negotiated offline.
Digital services
We publish educational nutrition copy, host order intent forms, surface policy PDFs, and occasionally stream placeholder checkout experiments. Features may shift during maintenance windows; we aim for graceful degradation but cannot promise uninterrupted availability during regional outages or upstream denial-of-service attacks.
Acceptable use
You may not probe our infrastructure with automated scanners absent written permission, harvest email addresses for unrelated campaigns, upload malware, impersonate regulators, or instruct others to breach these Terms. Violations may trigger IP bans, takedown requests to your hosting provider, and cooperation with Dutch cybercrime units when legally compelled.
Product and health communication
Nexvia markets food supplements. Statements emphasize general wellness vocabulary and avoid diagnosing diseases or promising cures. Packaging inserts prevail if any contradiction appears. If a translation error slips into the English website, the Dutch label controls in the Netherlands market.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, layouts, iconography, gradient systems, microcopy, and campaign slogans belong to the operator or licensors. You receive a revocable license to browse, share hyperlinks, and quote short excerpts with attribution. Merchandise that mimics our trade dress without authorization infringes both trademark and unfair competition rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Dutch mandatory law allows, we exclude indirect damages including lost profits, goodwill erosion, or consequential supply chain interruptions unless caused by deliberate misconduct or recklessness. Direct damages cap at the lower of actual out-of-pocket loss or the amounts you paid for the order under dispute in the prior twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability for death or injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or willful default where such limitations are void under Article 6:235 BW.
Consumers inside the EU
If you qualify as a natural person acting outside trade, you retain withdrawal rights where Digital Content rules or doorstep selling rules overlap, harmonized with our Refund Policy. Mandatory warranties on defective movable goods remain untouched. Precedence clauses elevate consumer statutes over conflicting commercial boilerplate.
Advertising and third-party platforms
When we place ads (including on Google Ads in the Netherlands or elsewhere), landing pages aim to match the ad’s product, price, and qualifications. We do not use deceptive countdowns, fake urgency, hidden fees on the final step, or health claims that exceed EU-authorised wording on the label. Reviews, ratings, and statistics appear only with clear sourcing; illustrative examples are labelled as such.
Comparator and reference prices follow Dutch implementation of the Omnibus Directive where they apply to our offers. If an ad is disapproved or a policy update requires copy changes, we adjust this site to stay aligned with platform rules and EU consumer law.
Governing law and venue
These Terms follow Dutch law excluding conflict rules that would relocate disputes. Competent courts sit in Rotterdam unless consumer access rules assign you a domestic forum. We welcome alternative dispute resolution through mediation institutes listed by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency when both parties opt in writing.
Updates post with fresh effective notices. Material changes to limitation clauses prompt email or banner announcements when we already have your contact details lawfully.
